Clinical Services
Therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself, work through current challenges, and develop new ways of responding to the situations life brings. I believe effective counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, compassion, and collaboration. My practice focuses on helping adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ individuals explore concerns that may be affecting their emotional well-being, relationships, and day-to-day lives. Together, we identify areas of concern, explore patterns that may be contributing to difficulties, and develop practical strategies for creating positive change. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients build awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing skills for coping, communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your experiences openly and feel empowered to make changes that align with the life and relationships you want to create.
You have unique experiences that shape who you are, and how you respond to situations. While some experiences influence positive change, others can create maladaptive behavior that can evolve over time. I assist you with positive change, gaining insight, and challenge when appropriate.
At this time, all sessions are being conducted through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
